STATEMENT OF QUALITY OBJECTIVES
- To achieve at least an average of 80% customer satisfaction level based on the Yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey per year.
- To achieve ZERO customer written complaint per year.
- To ensure on-time delivery of the project based on the project master schedule/ contract agreement/ variation order.
- To ensure not more than 3 cases of contractor’s nonconformance matters (such as poor quality of work/ responsive, etc.) per project per year.
- To achieve 16 hours / 2 training per year for continuous improvement of the employees’ competency.

The Management Review Board shall establish measurable objectives based on the commitment for continual improvement. The quality objectives shall be reviewed at least once a year by the Management Review Board for continuing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
